I recieved my 2 maggieframe Hoops which look and feel top quality. I'm static to put them into use. Had a little issue with one of the adaptors but the prompt response and great customer service made it all worth it.

Let me tell you—this MaggieFrame Magnetic Hoop 5.1” is the Beyoncé of embroidery hoops. Elegant, powerful, and doesn’t tolerate nonsense. I used to fight with regular hoops like they owed me money. Not anymore.

How can I confirm if this frame's brackets will fit my machine's arm spacing?
Measure your Bolton Tools embroidery machine’s arm spacing (also called sewing arm width) in millimeters or inches and compare it with the 220 × 130 mm hoop specification. If measurements or model names like CTF1501 or CTF1502 differ, the brackets may not align correctly. When unsure, contact our support team with your model details for bracket compatibility advice.
Help! My needle hit the edge of the frame (a needle strike). Why did this happen and how can I prevent it?
This usually happens when the hoop size selected in your Bolton Tools software exceeds the actual embroidery area of 8.7″ × 5″ (220 × 130 mm), or when the design file is too large. Always choose the correct or slightly smaller hoop size in your machine settings and run a trace before stitching to ensure proper needle clearance and avoid frame strikes.
I feel like the magnetic frame is shifting slightly on the machine during high-stitch-count designs. How can I fix this?
Though rare, slight shifting can occur on dense embroidery designs. Ensure the MaggieFrame brackets are firmly secured to your Bolton Tools machine and that the correct stabilizer is used. For slippery or layered fabrics, add a thin non-slip liner between hoop and fabric. This stabilizes the embroidery hoop magnetic field and maintains accurate stitch placement throughout the project.
