Expediere și livrare

Cât durează procesarea și livrarea?

De regulă expediem în 3 zile lucrătoare după confirmarea plății. Durata depinde de destinație, sărbători etc. Consultă Politica de livrare pentru estimări actuale.

De unde se expediază comanda?

Din depozitul din China sau unul local, în funcție de țară. 

Ce transportatori folosiți?

FedEx, UPS, USPS și curieri locali, în funcție de destinație, colet și rută.

Când primesc rambursarea?

După primire și evaluare comunicăm decizia prin e-mail. Sumele aprobate sunt procesate în 7 zile către metoda inițială; banca poate dura mai mult.
