I recieved my 2 maggieframe Hoops which look and feel top quality. I'm static to put them into use. Had a little issue with one of the adaptors but the prompt response and great customer service made it all worth it.

Let me tell you—this MaggieFrame Magnetic Hoop 5.1” is the Beyoncé of embroidery hoops. Elegant, powerful, and doesn’t tolerate nonsense. I used to fight with regular hoops like they owed me money. Not anymore.
I just slap the fabric in, and BOOM—magnetized like it’s falling in love. No more fiddling with screws like a confused raccoon. It holds tighter than my grandma’s hugs and doesn’t let go until I say so.

What is the correct procedure for hooping fabric with this magnetic frame?
To use the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop for Bolton Tools embroidery machines, simply place the bottom frame on your hooping station, lay the fabric and stabilizer flat over it, and then gently snap the top frame into position. The magnetic hoop embroidery design allows a no-force technique—magnets securely hold the fabric without tightening screws or manual pressure.
If I hoop the fabric crooked by mistake, is it easy to reposition? Will it damage the fabric?
Yes, it’s incredibly easy to adjust positioning. Just lift the top frame off the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop, smooth or realign your fabric, and snap it back on. This simple adjustment prevents friction and eliminates hoop marks, protecting delicate materials while maintaining strong, even holding power for consistent stitch accuracy.
I need to embroider a very small item such as a tie or sock. Can I float it on this frame?
