I recieved my 2 maggieframe Hoops which look and feel top quality. I'm static to put them into use. Had a little issue with one of the adaptors but the prompt response and great customer service made it all worth it.

Let me tell you—this MaggieFrame Magnetic Hoop 5.1” is the Beyoncé of embroidery hoops. Elegant, powerful, and doesn’t tolerate nonsense. I used to fight with regular hoops like they owed me money. Not anymore.

This is very rare with MaggieFrame magnetic embroidery frames for MEXA machines. First, verify that your machine brackets are completely tightened. Check that your stabilizer is suitable for the fabric and design density. For large or slippery garments, adding a thin non-slip liner between fabric and frame can give extra grip and prevent vibration during operation.

Help! My needle hit the edge of the frame (a needle strike). Why did this happen and how can I prevent it?
