I recieved my 2 maggieframe Hoops which look and feel top quality. I'm static to put them into use. Had a little issue with one of the adaptors but the prompt response and great customer service made it all worth it.

Let me tell you—this MaggieFrame Magnetic Hoop 5.1” is the Beyoncé of embroidery hoops. Elegant, powerful, and doesn’t tolerate nonsense. I used to fight with regular hoops like they owed me money. Not anymore.

Help! My needle hit the edge of the frame. Why did this happen, and how can I prevent it?
A needle strike on your MaggieFrame magnetic hoop usually means the hoop size selected in your HEATHROW machine software is larger than the hoop’s true sewing area. Always choose the correct or smaller hoop size, and perform a trace test before starting embroidery. Ensure the design fits within the actual 10.5″ × 12.4″ (265 × 315 mm) safe stitching field.
How can I use the markings on this frame to ensure my design is centered on a t-shirt?
Use the MaggieFrame’s center and grid markings to align your pre-marked garment.
