配送料、税金、関税について
送料はレジにて計算されます。
DDU(関税別)での発送となりますので、表示されている商品価格には税金・関税は含まれておりません。
ご注文の商品が配送先に到着した時点で、お客様は配送先の地域の輸入関税、通関税、地方消費税をすべて支払う必要があります。関税の見積もりについては、最寄りの税関にお問い合わせください。
返品するにはどうすればよいですか？
MaggieFrame では、商品到着後14日以内であれば、すべての商品の返品を受け付けております。申し訳ございませんが、送料および手数料の返金はいたしかねます。残念ながら、例外なく、MaggieFrame では、使用済みまたは破損した商品の返品は受け付けておりません。詳しくは、返品規定をご覧ください。
