I recieved my 2 maggieframe Hoops which look and feel top quality. I'm static to put them into use. Had a little issue with one of the adaptors but the prompt response and great customer service made it all worth it.

Let me tell you—this MaggieFrame Magnetic Hoop 5.1” is the Beyoncé of embroidery hoops. Elegant, powerful, and doesn’t tolerate nonsense. I used to fight with regular hoops like they owed me money. Not anymore.
I just slap the fabric in, and BOOM—magnetized like it’s falling in love. No more fiddling with screws like a confused raccoon. It holds tighter than my grandma’s hugs and doesn’t let go until I say so.

Compared to my machine's original round hoop, what are the advantages of using this square magnetic frame for logos?
The MaggieFrame 8.5″ × 9″ (215 × 230 mm) magnetic frame gives a larger, more balanced embroidery field for square or rectangular logo designs. Its straight sides make alignment on T‑shirts or uniforms simpler, while the magnetic structure of this machine embroidery hoop provides even tension and faster setup on ZSM QM‑1201 or MT‑1201 models.
I mainly embroider t-shirt logos. Which frame size is the most appropriate for me?
For left‑chest or small front logos on T‑shirts, a 5″ × 5″ (125 × 125 mm) or 8.5″ × 9″ (215 × 230 mm) magnetic hoop is ideal. The MaggieFrame magnetic hoop offers enough space for mid‑sized graphics while ensuring tight, consistent embroidery. For larger full‑front designs, you can step up to a 10″ × 10″ variant for more area coverage.
When using this magnetic frame, should the stabilizer be placed inside the frame or floated outside of it?
For most garments, it’s best to sandwich the stabilizer between the fabric layers inside the MaggieFrame hoop to ensure firm, even hold. However, floating the stabilizer underneath can be used for thick or delicate items that may wrinkle when clamped. This technique suits ZSM QM‑1202 and QM‑1512 machines well.
If I lose a bracket or a magnet breaks, can I purchase replacement parts individually?
Yes, MaggieFrame provides replacement parts such as brackets, screws, and magnetic assemblies so your magnetic hoop remains fully functional.
