I recieved my 2 maggieframe Hoops which look and feel top quality. I'm static to put them into use. Had a little issue with one of the adaptors but the prompt response and great customer service made it all worth it.

Let me tell you—this MaggieFrame Magnetic Hoop 5.1” is the Beyoncé of embroidery hoops. Elegant, powerful, and doesn’t tolerate nonsense. I used to fight with regular hoops like they owed me money. Not anymore.

Why is my fabric puckering in the center during embroidery, even though I hooped it tightly with the magnetic frame?
Puckering usually relates to stabilizer choice, not the magnetic hoop tension. For best embroidery results on Newest models, use a stabilizer suited to your fabric—for example, a cut-away stabilizer for knits or tear-away for wovens. Also, avoid stretching fabric while hooping in the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop to keep stitches balanced.
When using this magnetic frame, should the stabilizer be placed inside the frame or floated outside of it?
You can use either method. Most embroiderers sandwich the stabilizer and fabric inside the MaggieFrame for stable magnetic hoop embroidery.
