How do I return items?
MaggieFrame is happy to accept returns on all merchandise within 14 days of receipt. The return freight and custom fees are not refundable. And MaggieFrame cannot accept returns on used or damaged items. For additional information, please see our returns policy.

If you have a coupon code, add all of your glam products to your shopping cart and begin the checkout process. There will be a box to enter your code, then just click” apply”. The size shown, such as 5.1″ × 5.1″ (130 × 130 mm), refers to the inner dimension of the magnetic hoop, not the full embroidery area. The actual embroidery field is slightly smaller, typically reduced by about 0.6″ (15 mm), depending on the ETM embroidery machine model. Leaving a small margin inside ensures the best stitching results and prevents thread distortion.
Will such strong magnets interfere with the electronic components or computer of my embroidery machine?
No, the magnetic embroidery frame is completely safe for use with your ETM 1501C1 to 1506C6 embroidery machines.
