Great product, I’m a repeat customer. A little annoyed I got the wrong bracket attachments, but the support team was very helpful in making sure I got that fixed. ALSO LOVE the new hex type screws! I wish you sell those in its own so I can upgrade from the crappy original screw (to hold bracket onto Maggie frame)

I love it. But I think there needs to be better instructions and training tools. I’ve had to watch multiple videos to just get the basics. That’s a bit frustrating. But the hoops are the best especially for a beginner like me.
