I recieved my 2 maggieframe Hoops which look and feel top quality. I'm static to put them into use. Had a little issue with one of the adaptors but the prompt response and great customer service made it all worth it.

This method keeps the backing fully supported and minimizes shifting during stitching. However, floating the stabilizer under the lower hoop is a good alternative for bulky or hard-to-hoop materials like bags or jackets.
What types of designs is this specific frame size best suited for?
The 7.6″ × 2.7″ (195 × 70 mm) MaggieFrame embroidery magnetic hoop is ideal for small, narrow designs such as left‑chest logos, pocket patterns, sleeve embroidery, or hat sides. On VIDYA FW1501 or FW1201 machines, this frame helps produce crisp outlines and clean registration in confined spaces, enhancing precision while maintaining strong fabric grip.

My needle hit the edge of the frame. Why did this happen and how can I prevent it?
