How Long Will It Take?

We have three warehouse in China, US and Germany. Shipping time depends on items are shipped from which warehouse.

The United States and Germany:
Shipping to the United States or Germany from local warehouse is generally 3-5 business days.
Shipping to the United States or Germany from China warehouse is generally 10-15 business days.

Other International Shipping
Other overseas deliveries can take 12-20days. It depends on where you are.

Which Shipping Method Do We Take?

We use major carriers like FedEx, UPS, and some fast-shipping local courier partners to ship your packages.

How Can I Track My Order?

After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an Order acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your items ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation including you order shipping tracking information.  You can track your items on your order pages or on carrier's official website.

Taxes and Customs Fees are not include in our product price.
Once your order arrives at your local country, you may be required to pay import duties, customs, and local sales taxes for the location that you’re shipping to. For an estimate of taxes and duties on your purchase, please contact your local customs.
