I recieved my 2 maggieframe Hoops which look and feel top quality. I'm static to put them into use. Had a little issue with one of the adaptors but the prompt response and great customer service made it all worth it.

The bracket connecting the frame to my embroidery machine feels loose. How should I tighten it?

If looseness remains, gently use a screwdriver to secure the screws connecting the bracket to the frame—not directly to the KKTech machine. Tighten only until snug to maintain stability and prevent thread tension issues during embroidery.
