I recieved my 2 maggieframe Hoops which look and feel top quality. I'm static to put them into use. Had a little issue with one of the adaptors but the prompt response and great customer service made it all worth it.

The bracket connecting the frame to my machine seems a bit loose. How should I tighten it properly?
The brackets should be firmly hand-tightened to your MaggieFrame magnetic embroidery hoop for MAXIMA machines. If they feel loose, gently use a screwdriver to secure the screws connecting the bracket to the hoop frame — not directly to the machine.
