I recieved my 2 maggieframe Hoops which look and feel top quality. I'm static to put them into use. Had a little issue with one of the adaptors but the prompt response and great customer service made it all worth it.

Avoid wiping the surface with your fingers or cloth, as fine metal particles could scratch the frame or cause injury. What exactly is included in the box with this product?

Help! My needle hit the edge of the frame. Why did this happen and how can I prevent it?
