I recieved my 2 maggieframe Hoops which look and feel top quality. I'm static to put them into use. Had a little issue with one of the adaptors but the prompt response and great customer service made it all worth it.

Help! My needle hit the edge of the frame (a needle strike). Why did this happen and how can I prevent it?

In your KKTech embroidery machine, always select the correct or smaller hoop size and run a trace before stitching.
