¿Cuánto tarda en llegar mi pedido?
Normalmente preparamos los pedidos en 1–3 días hábiles (lunes a viernes). El tránsito suele tardar 7–20 días hábiles, dependiendo del país, la zona de entrega y la disponibilidad del transportista. En temporadas de alta demanda o destinos remotos, el tiempo puede extenderse ligeramente.
¿Qué método de envío utilizamos?

I recieved my 2 maggieframe Hoops which look and feel top quality. I'm static to put them into use. Had a little issue with one of the adaptors but the prompt response and great customer service made it all worth it.

Let me tell you—this MaggieFrame Magnetic Hoop 5.1” is the Beyoncé of embroidery hoops. Elegant, powerful, and doesn’t tolerate nonsense. I used to fight with regular hoops like they owed me money. Not anymore.

Are there any situations where using a traditional screw hoop would be better than this magnetic frame?
While magnetic hoops like the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop 8.7″ × 5″ (220 × 130 mm) are quicker to use for most embroidery jobs, some embroiderers still prefer traditional screw-style embroidery hoops for extremely heavy or rigid items that need maximum fabric tension. For most apparel and bag projects on Zhengtai ZT1201 or ZT905 machines, the magnetic hoop performs better and saves setup time.
Help! My needle hit the edge of the frame (a needle strike). Why did this happen and how can I prevent it?
A needle strike usually occurs because the selected hoop size in your Zhengtai machine’s software is larger than the MaggieFrame’s actual sewing field, or the design itself exceeds the hoop’s embroidery area. To avoid this, always choose the correct or a smaller embroidery machine hoop size and run a trace test before starting the stitch sequence.
Why is my fabric puckering in the center during embroidery, even though I hooped it tightly with the magnetic frame?
Fabric puckering is almost always caused by an incorrect or insufficient stabilizer rather than hoop tension. For best results with MaggieFrame magnetic hoops on Zhengtai models like ZT1212, use the proper stabilizer weight for your fabric—such as cut-away stabilizer for knits—while ensuring the material isn’t stretched during hooping.
