¿Cuánto tarda en llegar mi pedido?
Normalmente preparamos los pedidos en 1–3 días hábiles (lunes a viernes). El tránsito suele tardar 7–20 días hábiles, dependiendo del país, la zona de entrega y la disponibilidad del transportista. En temporadas de alta demanda o destinos remotos, el tiempo puede extenderse ligeramente.

I recieved my 2 maggieframe Hoops which look and feel top quality. I'm static to put them into use. Had a little issue with one of the adaptors but the prompt response and great customer service made it all worth it.

Let me tell you—this MaggieFrame Magnetic Hoop 5.1” is the Beyoncé of embroidery hoops. Elegant, powerful, and doesn’t tolerate nonsense. I used to fight with regular hoops like they owed me money. Not anymore.

When using this magnetic frame, should the stabilizer be placed inside the frame or floated outside of it?
Both options work with the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop for CAMFIVE EMB machines. For most embroidery projects, it’s recommended to sandwich the stabilizer and fabric within the magnetic hoops embroidery frame for secure tension and reduced movement. However, floating the stabilizer under the bottom frame is useful when hooping thick or hard-to-hoop fabrics such as bags or caps.
I need to embroider a very small item like a tie or sock. Can I float these items on top of this frame?
Yes. The 6″ × 8″ (150 × 200 mm) MaggieFrame magnetic frame is excellent for floating small items. Simply hoop a piece of sticky stabilizer or a base fabric in the magnet hoops, then place the small item on top for embroidery. This approach prevents distortion, avoiding the struggle of forcing small accessories into tight traditional hoops.
Will such strong magnets interfere with the electronic components or computer of my embroidery machine?
