¿Cuánto tarda en llegar mi pedido?
Normalmente preparamos los pedidos en 1–3 días hábiles (lunes a viernes). El tránsito suele tardar 7–20 días hábiles, dependiendo del país, la zona de entrega y la disponibilidad del transportista. En temporadas de alta demanda o destinos remotos, el tiempo puede extenderse ligeramente.
¿Qué método de envío utilizamos?
Trabajamos con transportistas internacionales como FedEx y UPS, además de mensajerías locales de entrega rápida cuando esto acelera la última milla. El sistema asigna la opción más conveniente según el destino, peso/volumen y valor del paquete.

I recieved my 2 maggieframe Hoops which look and feel top quality. I'm static to put them into use. Had a little issue with one of the adaptors but the prompt response and great customer service made it all worth it.

Let me tell you—this MaggieFrame Magnetic Hoop 5.1” is the Beyoncé of embroidery hoops. Elegant, powerful, and doesn’t tolerate nonsense. I used to fight with regular hoops like they owed me money. Not anymore.
I just slap the fabric in, and BOOM—magnetized like it’s falling in love. No more fiddling with screws like a confused raccoon. It holds tighter than my grandma’s hugs and doesn’t let go until I say so.

For best results, use a stabilizer as you normally would.
What exactly is included in the box with this product?
Your MaggieFrame magnetic hoop package for MYSEW embroidery machines includes one magnetic top frame and one flat bottom frame, a set of machine-specific brackets (two arms), screws, and a screwdriver. Each component is engineered for precise fit and easy assembly, ensuring optimal alignment for the 5.1″ × 5.1″ (130 × 130 mm) embroidery area.
Help! My needle hit the edge of the frame (a needle strike). Why did this happen and how can I prevent it?
This occurs when the hoop size in your MYSEW machine settings exceeds the MaggieFrame’s actual sewing field or if your design is too large. To avoid needle strikes, always select the correct or smaller hoop size in the machine setup and perform a trace test before starting embroidery. Proper hoop alignment preserves both the frame and needle.
Is this magnetic hoop heavier than the standard hoop? Will the extra weight add strain to my machine's motor?
The MaggieFrame magnetic hoop is slightly heavier due to its reinforced magnets, but it remains within MYSEW machine specifications.
