¿Cuánto tarda en llegar mi pedido?
Normalmente preparamos los pedidos en 1–3 días hábiles (lunes a viernes). El tránsito suele tardar 7–20 días hábiles, dependiendo del país, la zona de entrega y la disponibilidad del transportista. En temporadas de alta demanda o destinos remotos, el tiempo puede extenderse ligeramente.
¿Qué método de envío utilizamos?
Trabajamos con transportistas internacionales como FedEx y UPS, además de mensajerías locales de entrega rápida cuando esto acelera la última milla. El sistema asigna la opción más conveniente según el destino, peso/volumen y valor del paquete.
¿Cómo puedo rastrear mi pedido?

I recieved my 2 maggieframe Hoops which look and feel top quality. I'm static to put them into use. Had a little issue with one of the adaptors but the prompt response and great customer service made it all worth it.

Let me tell you—this MaggieFrame Magnetic Hoop 5.1” is the Beyoncé of embroidery hoops. Elegant, powerful, and doesn’t tolerate nonsense. I used to fight with regular hoops like they owed me money. Not anymore.
I just slap the fabric in, and BOOM—magnetized like it’s falling in love. No more fiddling with screws like a confused raccoon. It holds tighter than my grandma’s hugs and doesn’t let go until I say so.

Will such strong magnets interfere with the electronic components or computer of my embroidery machine?

When using the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop for CAMFIVE EMB machines, keep fingers away from the snap zone as the magnets connect. Slide the top frame off sideways instead of pulling directly upward to avoid pinching. Users with pacemakers should consult their physician, and keep sensitive electronics or devices at a distance when handling these magnetic embroidery frames.
I mainly embroider polo logos. How do I choose between different sizes?
For embroidering polo logos on your CAMFIVE EMB series, the 5.1″ × 5.1″ (130 × 130 mm) magnetic hoop is the most popular option because it perfectly fits single-logo areas. If you plan to create larger logos or stacked text designs, a 7-inch (180 mm) hoop gives you more room and flexibility. Both magnetic embroidery frames deliver strong fabric grip and consistent results.
Help! My needle hit the edge of the frame (a needle strike). Why did this happen and how can I prevent it?
This issue usually means the selected hoop size in your CAMFIVE EMB software is larger than the actual embroidery field of the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop, or the design itself exceeds the workable area. Always choose the correct hoop size or slightly smaller, and run a trace test before stitching. This ensures your embroidery machine hoop avoids accidental needle strikes.
