FAQ

No podemos aceptar artículos usados o dañados.

FAQs

How does this magnetic frame compare to some of the 'hoopless' embroidery solutions on the market?

Hoopless embroidery systems are designed for niche applications like shoes or caps, while the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop for HIGHLAND machines provides versatility for shirts, jackets, and bags. It combines the precise fabric hold of an embroidery frame with the ease of magnet hoops, ensuring balanced tension and faster setup for everyday garment embroidery.

If I switch all the stations on my multi-head HIGHLAND machine to these magnetic hoops, what is the potential increase in daily throughput?

Using MaggieFrame magnetic hoops across all heads can save 30–60 seconds per hooping cycle. For multi-head setups like the HIGHLAND 1504 or 1508, these time savings accumulate, often boosting daily throughput by 15–25%. Less manual adjustment means faster garment changeovers and smoother large-order workflows for embroidery shops.

What material is the magnetic frame made of? Is it durable and resistant to warping?

MaggieFrame magnetic embroidery hoops are made of reinforced industrial-grade composite material engineered to resist warping under prolonged use. The strong magnetic structure maintains shape and grip consistency even during continuous production on HIGHLAND embroidery machines, ensuring durability and precise fabric alignment over time.

What should I do if I notice the fabric slipping slightly during embroidery?

Fabric movement is uncommon, but if it occurs, check your stabilizer strength first—weak backing may cause shifting. For very thick or slippery fabrics, applying non-slip grip tape on the inner frame can help. Also, ensure the hoop size matches the design area; excessive space can cause a “drum” effect. MaggieFrame hoops maintain stability when properly set up.
