I feel like the magnetic frame is shifting slightly on the machine during high-stitch-count designs. How can I fix this?
This is very rare given the strong magnetic force of the MaggieFrame magnetic embroidery hoop. First, ensure your DMP brackets are correctly tightened to the frame. Double-check that you’re using a suitable stabilizer under the fabric. For dense or slippery designs, adding a thin non-slip layer between the fabric and hoop increases grip and prevents movement during long embroidery runs.
Are the top and bottom parts of the magnetic frame symmetrical, or do they have a specific orientation?
The MaggieFrame magnetic hoop features uniquely shaped top and bottom frames designed to fit together precisely, ensuring perfect alignment during hooping. Both sides contain magnets and must be placed in the correct direction for ideal balance and holding power. This design guarantees consistent hooping results on all compatible DMP embroidery machines.
Will such strong magnets interfere with the electronic components or computer of my embroidery machine?
