What is the correct procedure for hooping fabric with this magnetic frame?
To hoop fabric with your MaggieFrame magnetic hoop for Mimage machines, first place the bottom frame flat on a stable surface. Next, position your stabilizer and fabric over the bottom frame. Finally, gently set the top frame in place and allow the magnets to snap together naturally—no force is needed. This approach keeps alignment precise and prevents fabric distortion during embroidery.
Do you offer any accessory to work with this frame for positioning on garments?

My needle hit the edge of the frame. Why did this happen and how can I prevent it?
If your needle strikes the frame, it usually means the hoop size selected in your machine is larger than the MaggieFrame's actual embroidery area, or the design is digitized too big for your Mimage M0902, M1202, or M1502 hoops. Always choose the correct or smaller hoop size setting and perform a trace test before stitching to confirm needle travel stays within the safe embroidery zone.
