Help! My needle hit the edge of the frame (a needle strike). Why did this happen and how can I prevent it?
This issue usually occurs when the hoop size selected in your PROMOTEX machine software is larger than the MaggieFrame hoop’s actual embroidery field, or the design itself was digitized too big.
