I recieved my 2 maggieframe Hoops which look and feel top quality. I'm static to put them into use. Had a little issue with one of the adaptors but the prompt response and great customer service made it all worth it.

Let me tell you—this MaggieFrame Magnetic Hoop 5.1” is the Beyoncé of embroidery hoops. Elegant, powerful, and doesn’t tolerate nonsense. I used to fight with regular hoops like they owed me money. Not anymore.
I just slap the fabric in, and BOOM—magnetized like it’s falling in love. No more fiddling with screws like a confused raccoon. It holds tighter than my grandma’s hugs and doesn’t let go until I say so.

Will such strong magnets interfere with the electronic components or computer of my embroidery machine?

When using the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop for CAMFIVE EMB machines, keep fingers away from the snap zone as the magnets connect. Slide the top frame off sideways instead of pulling directly upward to avoid pinching. Help! My needle hit the edge of the frame (a needle strike). Why did this happen and how can I prevent it?
This issue usually means the selected hoop size in your CAMFIVE EMB software is larger than the actual embroidery field of the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop, or the design itself exceeds the workable area. Always choose the correct hoop size or slightly smaller, and run a trace test before stitching. This ensures your embroidery machine hoop avoids accidental needle strikes.
