FAQs

Should I buy a complete set of magnetic frames, or just the one size I use most often?

We recommend starting with the size you use most frequently, such as the 5.1″ × 5.1″ (130 × 130 mm) machine embroidery hoop. Many users of Promaker embroidery machines quickly find the efficiency gains compelling and later add other MaggieFrame magnetic embroidery hoops to maximize flexibility for different garment types and embroidery sizes.

What exactly is included in the box with this product?

Each MaggieFrame magnetic hoop for Promaker embroidery machines includes one top magnetic frame, one flat bottom frame, a pair of machine-specific brackets, and one set of screws for easy assembly. The magnetic hoops arrive ready for setup and can be securely attached to your embroidery frame without extra tools or adjustments.

What is the long-term ROI of switching to a magnetic hoop system?

Though the upfront cost of MaggieFrame magnetic embroidery hoops is higher, users see a quick payback through reduced hooping time, minimized fabric waste, and fewer misalignments. For Promaker embroidery machines, the improved efficiency and lower rework rates result in higher productivity and cost savings that allow the hoop to pay for itself within months of regular use.

I mainly embroider t-shirt logos. Which frame size is the most appropriate for me?

For standard left-chest t-shirt logos, the 3.9″ × 3.9″ (100 × 100 mm) or 5.1″ × 5.1″ (130 × 130 mm) MaggieFrame magnetic hoop for Promaker embroidery machines is ideal. These sizes offer precise placement and minimize fabric stretching while maintaining embroidery quality. For full-front designs, consider larger frames like 9.5″ × 9.5″ (240 × 240 mm) to accommodate broader design areas.
