Return Policy

MaggieFrame aims to make every customer satisfied. So we allow customers to return products purchased from our MaggieFrame Online Store with 14 days of the received date.

If a purchase wishes to return goods, he or she should contact MaggieFrame store at service@maggieframe.com first and request a Return Authorization number. It's not accepted to return items to us without requesting. To take advantage of the return policy, purchasers must typically provide a receipt or proof of purchase, and the product must be in its original condition. And the used or damaged items by purchasers are not allowed to returned.

Please inspect your order when you received your packages. Once you find the items are defective, damaged or wrong, please contact us. We will help you to solve these issues.

Note: All return shipping costs and customs fees are the responsibility of the purchasers.

MaggieFrame will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-7 workdays. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
