How do I return items?
MaggieFrame is happy to accept returns on all merchandise within 14 days of receipt. The return freight and custom fees are not refundable. And MaggieFrame cannot accept returns on used or damaged items. For additional information, please see our returns policy.

If you have a coupon code, add all of your glam products to your shopping cart and begin the checkout process. There will be a box to enter your code, then just click” apply”. Place the stabilizer and fabric smoothly on the bottom frame, allowing the magnetic frame to secure them gently. This prevents distortion and puckering, delivering crisp embroidery results on Brother PR600 or PR1055X machines.

When using this magnetic frame, should the stabilizer be placed inside the frame or floated outside of it?

Generally, the stabilizer should be placed between the fabric layers for secure stitching. However, for bulky or hard-to-hoop items, floating the stabilizer beneath the bottom magnetic frame is effective. Either method ensures smooth operation with Brother VR, PR670E, and PR1X embroidery machines using embroidery hoop magnetic frames.

Can I use this magnetic frame and my original traditional hoops on my machine at the same time?
