We ship to all locations on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties.

How do I return items?
MaggieFrame is happy to accept returns on all merchandise within 14 days of receipt. The return freight and custom fees are not refundable. And MaggieFrame cannot accept returns on used or damaged items. For additional information, please see our returns policy.
How do I use a coupon code?
If you have a coupon code, add all of your glam products to your shopping cart and begin the checkout process. There will be a box to enter your code, then just click” apply”. Should I buy a complete set of magnetic hoops or just the size I use most often?
We recommend starting with the hoop size you use most, such as the 6.9″ × 6.9″ (175 × 175 mm) model for KAESAR BH1201TS or KS1202.
