We ship to all locations on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties.

How do I return items?
MaggieFrame is happy to accept returns on all merchandise within 14 days of receipt. The return freight and custom fees are not refundable. And MaggieFrame cannot accept returns on used or damaged items. For additional information, please see our returns policy.
How do I use a coupon code?
If you have a coupon code, add all of your glam products to your shopping cart and begin the checkout process. There will be a box to enter your code, then just click” apply”. Help! My needle hit the edge of the magnetic hoop. Why did this happen and how can I prevent it?
This usually occurs when the selected hoop size in your Disen embroidery machine software is larger than the actual sewing field of the 3.9″ × 3.9″ (100 × 100 mm) MaggieFrame, or the embroidery design was digitized beyond the usable area. Always select the correct or smaller hoop size and perform a trace test before stitching to avoid needle strikes and ensure safe operation.
Are the top and bottom parts of the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop symmetrical?
No, both parts are uniquely shaped to ensure perfect alignment. The top and bottom frames each contain precision magnets that create balanced holding power around your fabric, preventing slippage on your Disen embroidery machine. Align the engraved side markers before hooping to maintain correct fabric position and achieve consistent embroidery results each time.
When is it better to use a traditional screw hoop instead of this magnetic frame?
