FAQs

How should I safely store this magnetic frame when not in use?

For best safety and longevity, store your MaggieFrame magnetic hoop snapped together rather than separating the top and bottom rings. This prevents dust buildup and protects the magnetic surface. Keep the magnetic embroidery hoops away from credit cards, mobile phones, or other sensitive electronics to avoid potential interference or demagnetization.

If I'm just starting an embroidery business, which size magnetic frame is best to begin with?

If you are new to embroidery, we recommend starting with the MaggieFrame 7.7″ × 12.5″ (195 × 315 mm) magnetic hoop. This embroidery hoop size is highly versatile for left-chest logos, patches, and medium garments. It offers an ideal balance of control and workspace, giving beginners fast results and improved efficiency on FUJA embroidery machines.

Could the magnets affect medical devices or other sensitive electronics?

Yes. Like all strong magnetic hoops, MaggieFrame products should be kept at a safe distance from pacemakers or other medical implants, as well as sensitive electronics. Individuals with such devices should handle magnetic embroidery hoops with caution and consult a physician if uncertain. Maintaining proper storage space minimizes any potential interference risk.

If I use magnetic frames on all heads of my multi-head machine, how will productivity improve?

When the MaggieFrame magnetic hoops are installed on every head of a multi-head FUJA embroidery machine, you can expect a notable productivity boost. Time saved on hooping averages 30–60 seconds per garment, per head. Across an eight-hour shift, that can translate into a 15–25% increase in daily throughput, maximizing your shop’s embroidery output.
