Wow, these frames and hooping station has made my embroidery easier. The customer service from Maggie frames is Top notched…..I ordered 1 magnetic frame for my Baby lock 10 needle just to see what the hype was about, I loved it. I wanted the hooping station and more frames and my husband ordered them for me for Christmas. Maggie frames noticed they were ordered for a DIFFERENT babylock , they reached out to confirm what machine I had and switched the order…..I was so impressed they took time to pay attention to those details.
They are so strong, and price is great, delivery got sidetracked with holidays , but can't complain.
