I recieved my 2 maggieframe Hoops which look and feel top quality. I'm static to put them into use. Had a little issue with one of the adaptors but the prompt response and great customer service made it all worth it.

Let me tell you—this MaggieFrame Magnetic Hoop 5.1” is the Beyoncé of embroidery hoops. Elegant, powerful, and doesn’t tolerate nonsense. I used to fight with regular hoops like they owed me money. Not anymore.

Will the magnetic strength weaken over time? What is the expected lifespan?
The MaggieFrame magnetic hoop uses high-grade Neodymium magnets, which maintain their strength for decades without noticeable reduction. This means the frame's magnetism remains consistent through continual use on HAFTEX embroidery machines. It is a one-time investment that performs reliably even under daily commercial embroidery conditions.
Will my embroidery machine automatically recognize this frame's size, or do I need to set it manually?
HAFTEX machines do not automatically detect third-party magnetic hoops. You will need to manually add the hoop size parameters—9.5″ × 9.5″ (240 × 240 mm)—in your embroidery software. Ensure that your design stays within the hoop's actual embroidery area for accurate stitching and to avoid reaching the edge zone limits during production.
The bracket connecting the frame to my machine seems a bit loose. How should I tighten it properly?
The brackets should be securely hand-tightened to prevent movement during embroidery. If you feel any looseness, use a screwdriver to gently tighten the screws connecting the bracket to the magnetic frame, not directly to the HAFTEX machine arm. Avoid over-tightening so the frame remains aligned and easy to detach for maintenance or fabric switching.
