I recieved my 2 maggieframe Hoops which look and feel top quality. I'm static to put them into use. Had a little issue with one of the adaptors but the prompt response and great customer service made it all worth it.

Let me tell you—this MaggieFrame Magnetic Hoop 5.1” is the Beyoncé of embroidery hoops. Elegant, powerful, and doesn’t tolerate nonsense. I used to fight with regular hoops like they owed me money. Not anymore.

The bracket connecting the frame to my embroidery machine feels loose. How should I tighten it?
Ensure the brackets on your MaggieFrame magnetic hoop are hand-tightened first. If looseness remains, gently use a screwdriver to secure the screws connecting the bracket to the frame—not directly to the KKTech machine. Tighten only until snug to maintain stability and prevent thread tension issues during embroidery.
