Wat als ik het verkeerde machinemodel koos?
Neem contact met ons op zo snel mogelijk. We proberen de bestelling vóór verwerking aan te passen, maar na acceptatie of verzending is dit niet gegarandeerd. Na bezorging geldt ons Retour- en terugbetalingsbeleid.
Verzending en levering
Hoe lang duren verwerking en levering?
Bestellingen worden normaal binnen 3 werkdagen na betaalbevestiging verwerkt en verzonden. De levertijd hangt af van bestemming, feestdagen enz. Zie ons Verzendbeleid voor actuele schattingen.
Waarvandaan wordt mijn bestelling verzonden?
Afhankelijk van het land vanuit ons magazijn in China of een lokaal magazijn.
Welke vervoerders gebruikt u?

Wat kost verzending?

Wat als mijn land of regio niet beschikbaar is?

E-mail service@maggieframe.com vóór verzending. Vraag een retourautorisatie en het juiste adres. Zonder toestemming accepteren we niets. Voeg ordergegevens en aankoopbewijs toe.
In welke staat moet het product zijn?
Origineel en onbeschadigd. Gebruikte of beschadigde artikelen komen niet in aanmerking. Controleer na levering en meld fouten, schade of defecten direct.
Wie betaalt retourzending en douanekosten?
De klant betaalt deze kosten; ze kunnen van de terugbetaling worden afgetrokken. Bij schade of ontbrekende onderdelen kunnen extra kosten gelden. Lees het volledige Terugbetalingsbeleid .
Wanneer ontvang ik mijn terugbetaling?
Na ontvangst en beoordeling e-mailen we de beslissing. Goedgekeurde bedragen gaan binnen 7 dagen naar de oorspronkelijke betaalmethode; bankverwerking kan langer duren.
