I recieved my 2 maggieframe Hoops which look and feel top quality. I'm static to put them into use. Had a little issue with one of the adaptors but the prompt response and great customer service made it all worth it.

Simply align these grid markings with your garment’s pre-marked center line using a T-square or placement guide. The magnetic frame has attracted broken needle tips or metal dust. What is the safest way to clean this debris off?
Use a strong adhesive tape, such as duct tape, or a soft sticky putty to gently dab the surface and lift away any needle fragments or metal dust on the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop.
