I recieved my 2 maggieframe Hoops which look and feel top quality. I'm static to put them into use. Had a little issue with one of the adaptors but the prompt response and great customer service made it all worth it.

Let me tell you—this MaggieFrame Magnetic Hoop 5.1” is the Beyoncé of embroidery hoops. Elegant, powerful, and doesn’t tolerate nonsense. I used to fight with regular hoops like they owed me money. Not anymore.

What is the best way to clean spray adhesive residue off the frame?
Use a soft cloth lightly dampened with a citrus-based cleaner or rubbing alcohol to clean the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop. Wipe gently to remove adhesive without scratching the surface. The bracket connecting the frame to my machine seems a bit loose. How should I tighten it properly?
The brackets on your MaggieFrame magnetic hoop for FUNSUN embroidery machines should be hand-tightened until secure. If still loose, use a screwdriver to gently tighten the screws connecting the bracket to the frame only. Do not over-tighten, as excessive force may distort alignment and affect embroidery accuracy on machines such as FS0901 or FS1201.
What should I do if I notice the fabric slipping slightly during the embroidery process?
If fabric slips during embroidery, check the stabilizer strength first; a stronger backing may be needed. For thick or slick materials, adding non-slip grip tape to the magnetic hoops can help.
