Why did my needle hit the edge of the frame while embroidering?
This happens when the hoop size chosen in the machine’s software is larger than the actual sewing field of your 8.5″ × 9″ (215 × 230 mm) magnetic hoop, or when the design is digitized too large. Always select the correct or smaller hoop size and run a trace test before stitching with your Chuangjia embroidery machine to prevent needle strikes.
