Antes de comprar, por favor CONFIRME que la LONGITUD DEL BASTIDOR indicada coincide con la de su aro actual o es compatible con su máquina de bordado. Medir bien le garantiza el área de bordado útil y un ajuste estable del bastidor magnético.

¿Cuánto tarda en llegar mi pedido?
Normalmente preparamos los pedidos en 1–3 días hábiles (lunes a viernes). El tránsito suele tardar 7–20 días hábiles, dependiendo del país, la zona de entrega y la disponibilidad del transportista. En temporadas de alta demanda o destinos remotos, el tiempo puede extenderse ligeramente.
¿Qué método de envío utilizamos?
Trabajamos con transportistas internacionales como FedEx y UPS, además de mensajerías locales de entrega rápida cuando esto acelera la última milla. El sistema asigna la opción más conveniente según el destino, peso/volumen y valor del paquete.
¿Cómo puedo rastrear mi pedido?
Cuando tu pedido se envíe, recibirás un correo de confirmación de envío con el número de seguimiento. Podrás consultar el estado en la web oficial del transportista. Si lo prefieres, escríbenos y con gusto te enviamos la información de entrega actualizada por correo o WhatsApp.
Coste de envío, impuestos y aranceles
El coste de envío se calcula automáticamente en la página de Checkout.
Enviamos bajo el término DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid): los precios mostrados no incluyen impuestos ni aranceles.
Al llegar el pedido a tu país, el destinatario debe pagar los aranceles de importación, cargos de aduana y los impuestos locales aplicables (IVA/IGV/ITBIS u otros, según tu región). Para una estimación, consulta con tu aduana local.
¿Cómo realizo una devolución?
Aceptamos devoluciones dentro de los 14 días posteriores a la recepción. Los gastos de retorno y tasas aduaneras no son reembolsables. No podemos aceptar artículos usados o dañados.

If I have computers or USB drives near my embroidery station, could the strong magnets affect them?
Because magnetic embroidery hoops generate a concentrated magnetic field, it’s best to keep electronic devices such as USB drives, hard drives, phones, or credit cards at least 50 cm away. Maintaining this distance prevents any chance of magnetic interference or data corruption during operation of your KINGJET embroidery machine with the MaggieFrame hoop.
How should I safely store this magnetic embroidery frame when not in use?
For safe storage, keep the MaggieFrame embroidery magnetic hoop snapped together. This protects both the frame’s surface and magnets. Store it on a flat, dry shelf away from heat sources or sensitive electronic equipment. Avoid dropping or placing heavy items on it to maintain magnetic balance and accuracy for long-term embroidery performance.
My magnetic frame seems to shift slightly on dense stitch designs. How can I fix this?
Frame movement is uncommon with the MaggieFrame hoop, thanks to its strong magnet force, but it can happen on very dense or slippery fabrics. Ensure the KINGJET machine brackets are tightly secured and a proper stabilizer is used. For extra grip, place a thin non-slip liner or extra stabilizer layer between the garment and backing to prevent shifting during high-stitch embroidery.
