¿Cuánto tarda en llegar mi pedido?
Normalmente preparamos los pedidos en 1–3 días hábiles (lunes a viernes). El tránsito suele tardar 7–20 días hábiles, dependiendo del país, la zona de entrega y la disponibilidad del transportista. En temporadas de alta demanda o destinos remotos, el tiempo puede extenderse ligeramente.
¿Qué método de envío utilizamos?
Trabajamos con transportistas internacionales como FedEx y UPS, además de mensajerías locales de entrega rápida cuando esto acelera la última milla. El sistema asigna la opción más conveniente según el destino, peso/volumen y valor del paquete.
¿Cómo puedo rastrear mi pedido?

I recieved my 2 maggieframe Hoops which look and feel top quality. I'm static to put them into use. Had a little issue with one of the adaptors but the prompt response and great customer service made it all worth it.

Let me tell you—this MaggieFrame Magnetic Hoop 5.1” is the Beyoncé of embroidery hoops. Elegant, powerful, and doesn’t tolerate nonsense. I used to fight with regular hoops like they owed me money. Not anymore.

What should I do if I notice the fabric slipping slightly during the embroidery process?
If the fabric slips during embroidery, it usually means the stabilizer or hooping setup needs adjustment. Ensure the stabilizer is firm enough for your design. For very thick or slippery fabrics, apply a non-slip grip tape to the magnetic embroidery frame. Also, check if the hoop size suits the design—too large may create loose tension.
When using this magnetic frame, should the stabilizer be placed inside the frame or 'floated' outside of it?
With the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop for QSEW machines, the stabilizer can be either sandwiched with the fabric or floated beneath the bottom frame. For most garments, sandwiching provides stronger hold and prevents shifting.
