¿Cuánto tarda en llegar mi pedido?
Normalmente preparamos los pedidos en 1–3 días hábiles (lunes a viernes). El tránsito suele tardar 7–20 días hábiles, dependiendo del país, la zona de entrega y la disponibilidad del transportista. En temporadas de alta demanda o destinos remotos, el tiempo puede extenderse ligeramente.

Trabajamos con transportistas internacionales como FedEx y UPS, además de mensajerías locales de entrega rápida cuando esto acelera la última milla. El sistema asigna la opción más conveniente según el destino, peso/volumen y valor del paquete.

I recieved my 2 maggieframe Hoops which look and feel top quality. I'm static to put them into use. Had a little issue with one of the adaptors but the prompt response and great customer service made it all worth it.

Let me tell you—this MaggieFrame Magnetic Hoop 5.1” is the Beyoncé of embroidery hoops. Elegant, powerful, and doesn’t tolerate nonsense. I used to fight with regular hoops like they owed me money. Not anymore.

The bracket connecting the frame to my machine seems a bit loose. How should I tighten it properly?
The brackets on your MaggieFrame magnetic hoop for Doublelin machines should be hand-tightened first to ensure alignment. If they still feel loose, use a screwdriver to gently tighten the screws connecting the bracket to the frame, not the machine body. Over-tightening may cause distortion. A firm, even fit ensures hoop stability and smooth embroidery performance.
Are there any situations where using a traditional screw hoop would be better than this magnetic frame?
While MaggieFrame magnetic hoops make embroidery faster and easier for most garments and bags, a traditional screw hoop might still be preferred when working with extremely thick or rigid materials that require maximum fabric tension. For 95% of embroidery jobs on Doublelin DLCF or DLCA machines, magnetic embroidery hoops provide superior alignment and comfort.
What should I do if I notice the fabric slipping slightly during the embroidery process?
If the fabric slips when using your MaggieFrame embroidery hoop, first check if the stabilizer suits your design’s density. Slippage can occur if the stabilizer is too thin, or when stitching on thick or slippery materials—adding non-slip tape helps. Also ensure the hoop size fits the design area.
