¿Cuánto tarda en llegar mi pedido?
Normalmente preparamos los pedidos en 1–3 días hábiles (lunes a viernes). El tránsito suele tardar 7–20 días hábiles, dependiendo del país, la zona de entrega y la disponibilidad del transportista. En temporadas de alta demanda o destinos remotos, el tiempo puede extenderse ligeramente.

I recieved my 2 maggieframe Hoops which look and feel top quality. I'm static to put them into use. Had a little issue with one of the adaptors but the prompt response and great customer service made it all worth it.

Let me tell you—this MaggieFrame Magnetic Hoop 5.1” is the Beyoncé of embroidery hoops. Elegant, powerful, and doesn’t tolerate nonsense. I used to fight with regular hoops like they owed me money. Not anymore.

Are there any pro-tips for using this magnetic frame with very thin or stretchy fabrics like silk or spandex?
Yes. When hooping delicate materials with this MaggieFrame embroidery magnetic hoop for Mana machines, do not stretch the fabric. Instead, lay it smoothly with a stabilizer on the bottom frame, then let the top magnetic frame secure it gently. This keeps the surface even and avoids over-stretching or puckering during embroidery.
My needle hit the edge of the frame. Why did this happen and how can I prevent it?
