¿Cuánto tarda en llegar mi pedido?
Normalmente preparamos los pedidos en 1–3 días hábiles (lunes a viernes). El tránsito suele tardar 7–20 días hábiles, dependiendo del país, la zona de entrega y la disponibilidad del transportista. En temporadas de alta demanda o destinos remotos, el tiempo puede extenderse ligeramente.
¿Qué método de envío utilizamos?
Trabajamos con transportistas internacionales como FedEx y UPS, además de mensajerías locales de entrega rápida cuando esto acelera la última milla. El sistema asigna la opción más conveniente según el destino, peso/volumen y valor del paquete.

I recieved my 2 maggieframe Hoops which look and feel top quality. I'm static to put them into use. Had a little issue with one of the adaptors but the prompt response and great customer service made it all worth it.

Let me tell you—this MaggieFrame Magnetic Hoop 5.1” is the Beyoncé of embroidery hoops. Elegant, powerful, and doesn’t tolerate nonsense. I used to fight with regular hoops like they owed me money. Not anymore.

What material is the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop made from, and is it durable?
The hoop body uses industrial-grade reinforced plastic that maintains its shape over time and resists warping even under heavy embroidery pressure. Its magnetic mechanism provides reliable holding power, ensuring precise results for professional embroidery on fabrics like cotton, fleece, and denim.
Will my CHANGHUA machine automatically detect this 6″ × 8″ (150 × 200 mm) hoop size?
As with most third-party magnetic hoops, your CHANGHUA embroidery machine may not automatically recognize the hoop dimensions. You can manually set the hoop size parameter or ensure your design fits within the effective embroidery area, which is about 15 mm smaller on each side, to achieve accurate stitching.
Can I use the 6″ × 8″ (150 × 200 mm) frame for small embroidery projects?
This hoop is better suited for medium designs such as hoodie fronts, jacket logos, or tote bags. For small items like baby onesies or pet bandanas, you can still embroider them by floating the fabric on stabilizer within the magnetic hoop. It offers stable tension and minimizes fabric movement during stitching.
