¿Cuánto tarda en llegar mi pedido?
Normalmente preparamos los pedidos en 1–3 días hábiles (lunes a viernes). El tránsito suele tardar 7–20 días hábiles, dependiendo del país, la zona de entrega y la disponibilidad del transportista. En temporadas de alta demanda o destinos remotos, el tiempo puede extenderse ligeramente.
¿Qué método de envío utilizamos?
Trabajamos con transportistas internacionales como FedEx y UPS, además de mensajerías locales de entrega rápida cuando esto acelera la última milla. El sistema asigna la opción más conveniente según el destino, peso/volumen y valor del paquete.

I recieved my 2 maggieframe Hoops which look and feel top quality. I'm static to put them into use. Had a little issue with one of the adaptors but the prompt response and great customer service made it all worth it.

Help! My needle hit the edge of the frame (a needle strike). Why did this happen and how can I prevent it?
This issue usually happens when the selected hoop size in your Renaissance machine is larger than the actual sewing area of the MaggieFrame 6.5″ × 6.5″ (165 × 165 mm). Another reason could be that the design was digitized too large. Always choose the correct or smaller hoop size and trace your design before stitching to avoid needle strikes and frame damage.
Can I use this 6.5″ frame to embroider small items like baby onesies or pet bandanas?
Yes, this MaggieFrame magnetic embroidery hoop works well for medium-size projects such as baby apparel, pet bandanas, and small bags.
