¿Cuánto tarda en llegar mi pedido?
Normalmente preparamos los pedidos en 1–3 días hábiles (lunes a viernes). El tránsito suele tardar 7–20 días hábiles, dependiendo del país, la zona de entrega y la disponibilidad del transportista. En temporadas de alta demanda o destinos remotos, el tiempo puede extenderse ligeramente.
¿Qué método de envío utilizamos?
Trabajamos con transportistas internacionales como FedEx y UPS, además de mensajerías locales de entrega rápida cuando esto acelera la última milla. El sistema asigna la opción más conveniente según el destino, peso/volumen y valor del paquete.

I recieved my 2 maggieframe Hoops which look and feel top quality. I'm static to put them into use. Had a little issue with one of the adaptors but the prompt response and great customer service made it all worth it.

Let me tell you—this MaggieFrame Magnetic Hoop 5.1” is the Beyoncé of embroidery hoops. Elegant, powerful, and doesn’t tolerate nonsense. I used to fight with regular hoops like they owed me money. Not anymore.
I just slap the fabric in, and BOOM—magnetized like it’s falling in love. No more fiddling with screws like a confused raccoon. It holds tighter than my grandma’s hugs and doesn’t let go until I say so.

The bracket connecting the frame to my machine seems a bit loose. How should I tighten it properly?
The brackets on your MaggieFrame embroidery magnetic hoop should be firmly hand-tightened. If they feel loose, gently use a screwdriver to secure the screws connecting the bracket to the frame, not the machine. Be sure not to over-tighten, as this can cause unnecessary stress on the metal parts and affect magnetic alignment during embroidery.
Help! My needle hit the edge of the frame (a needle strike). Why did this happen and how can I prevent it?
This usually occurs if your machine’s software hoop setting exceeds the actual embroidery area or if your design was digitized too large. For FUTONG models, always select the correct or slightly smaller hoop size like the 6.5″ × 6.5″ (165 × 165 mm) magnetic frame and run a trace test before stitching.
