Antes de comprar, por favor CONFIRME que la LONGITUD DEL BASTIDOR indicada coincide con la de su aro actual o es compatible con su máquina de bordado. Medir bien le garantiza el área de bordado útil y un ajuste estable del bastidor magnético.

¿Cuánto tarda en llegar mi pedido?
Normalmente preparamos los pedidos en 1–3 días hábiles (lunes a viernes). El tránsito suele tardar 7–20 días hábiles, dependiendo del país, la zona de entrega y la disponibilidad del transportista. En temporadas de alta demanda o destinos remotos, el tiempo puede extenderse ligeramente.

Trabajamos con transportistas internacionales como FedEx y UPS, además de mensajerías locales de entrega rápida cuando esto acelera la última milla. El sistema asigna la opción más conveniente según el destino, peso/volumen y valor del paquete.
¿Cómo puedo rastrear mi pedido?
Cuando tu pedido se envíe, recibirás un correo de confirmación de envío con el número de seguimiento. Podrás consultar el estado en la web oficial del transportista. Si lo prefieres, escríbenos y con gusto te enviamos la información de entrega actualizada por correo o WhatsApp.
Coste de envío, impuestos y aranceles
El coste de envío se calcula automáticamente en la página de Checkout.
Enviamos bajo el término DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid): los precios mostrados no incluyen impuestos ni aranceles.
Al llegar el pedido a tu país, el destinatario debe pagar los aranceles de importación, cargos de aduana y los impuestos locales aplicables (IVA/IGV/ITBIS u otros, según tu región). Para una estimación, consulta con tu aduana local.
¿Cómo realizo una devolución?
Aceptamos devoluciones dentro de los 14 días posteriores a la recepción. Los gastos de retorno y tasas aduaneras no son reembolsables. No podemos aceptar artículos usados o dañados.

Will the magnets of this embroidery frame interfere with my SEEING embroidery machine?
No. MaggieFrame magnetic hoops are 100% safe for SEEING embroidery machines, including Halo-100 and FT series models. Their field strength does not affect the computer or electronics inside the machine. Simply avoid placing the frame directly against the control panel when not in use. Under normal operation, it will not cause any interference.
Should the stabilizer be placed inside the MaggieFrame or floated under it?
Both methods are acceptable. For most embroidery projects, sandwiching the stabilizer with the fabric inside the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop provides excellent tension and minimizes shifting. For thick or bulky items that are hard to hoop, floating the stabilizer beneath the bottom frame is also a proven technique that maintains even stitching quality.
What is included in the MaggieFrame 5.1″ × 5.1″ (130 × 130 mm) package?
The box includes one magnetic top frame, one flat bottom frame, a pair of machine-specific brackets for your SEEING embroidery machine, and a small set of screws for assembly. These components fit together easily to form a stable embroidery frame setup designed for quick changeovers and durability.
How can I prevent the frame from shifting during high-density stitch designs?
Frame shifting is rare with MaggieFrame’s strong magnets. To avoid it, make sure your embroidery machine brackets are fully secured and you are using an appropriate stabilizer. For very dense or slippery materials, you can add a non-slip liner between the fabric and the magnetic hoop to increase grip and maintain alignment throughout stitching.
