¿Cuánto tarda en llegar mi pedido?
Normalmente preparamos los pedidos en 1–3 días hábiles (lunes a viernes). El tránsito suele tardar 7–20 días hábiles, dependiendo del país, la zona de entrega y la disponibilidad del transportista. En temporadas de alta demanda o destinos remotos, el tiempo puede extenderse ligeramente.
¿Qué método de envío utilizamos?
Trabajamos con transportistas internacionales como FedEx y UPS, además de mensajerías locales de entrega rápida cuando esto acelera la última milla. El sistema asigna la opción más conveniente según el destino, peso/volumen y valor del paquete.

I recieved my 2 maggieframe Hoops which look and feel top quality. I'm static to put them into use. Had a little issue with one of the adaptors but the prompt response and great customer service made it all worth it.

Let me tell you—this MaggieFrame Magnetic Hoop 5.1” is the Beyoncé of embroidery hoops. Elegant, powerful, and doesn’t tolerate nonsense. I used to fight with regular hoops like they owed me money. Not anymore.

Will my embroidery machine automatically recognize this frame's size, or do I need to set it manually?
Like most magnetic embroidery hoops for Renaissance machines, this MaggieFrame magnetic hoop does not communicate its size automatically. You’ll need to manually set the 5.1″ × 5.1″ (130 × 130 mm) hoop parameters in the machine’s software. Always ensure your embroidery design stays within the actual stitch area to avoid boundary errors.
The bracket connecting the frame to my machine seems a bit loose. How should I tighten it properly?
If your magnetic embroidery hoop feels loose, ensure the bracket screws are firmly fastened using a screwdriver. Tighten the screws connecting the bracket to the MaggieFrame itself, not the machine arm. Hand-snug the screws evenly, avoiding over-tightening to protect both your hoop brackets and the Renaissance embroidery machine mount.
How well does this magnetic frame grip slippery fabrics like silk or nylon?
The MaggieFrame magnetic embroidery hoop grips delicate materials such as silk or nylon very securely thanks to uniform magnetic pressure. It minimizes fabric slip, outperforming traditional tension hoops. Why is my fabric puckering in the center during embroidery, even though I hooped it tightly with the magnetic frame?

When using your MaggieFrame magnetic hoop on the Renaissance embroidery machine, choose the correct stabilizer weight—cut-away for knits or tear-away for wovens.
