¿Cuánto tarda en llegar mi pedido?
Normalmente preparamos los pedidos en 1–3 días hábiles (lunes a viernes). El tránsito suele tardar 7–20 días hábiles, dependiendo del país, la zona de entrega y la disponibilidad del transportista. En temporadas de alta demanda o destinos remotos, el tiempo puede extenderse ligeramente.
¿Qué método de envío utilizamos?
Trabajamos con transportistas internacionales como FedEx y UPS, además de mensajerías locales de entrega rápida cuando esto acelera la última milla. El sistema asigna la opción más conveniente según el destino, peso/volumen y valor del paquete.
¿Cómo puedo rastrear mi pedido?
Cuando tu pedido se envíe, recibirás un correo de confirmación de envío con el número de seguimiento. Podrás consultar el estado en la web oficial del transportista. Si lo prefieres, escríbenos y con gusto te enviamos la información de entrega actualizada por correo o WhatsApp.
Coste de envío, impuestos y aranceles
El coste de envío se calcula automáticamente en la página de Checkout.
Enviamos bajo el término DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid): los precios mostrados no incluyen impuestos ni aranceles.
Al llegar el pedido a tu país, el destinatario debe pagar los aranceles de importación, cargos de aduana y los impuestos locales aplicables (IVA/IGV/ITBIS u otros, según tu región). Para una estimación, consulta con tu aduana local.
¿Cómo realizo una devolución?
Aceptamos devoluciones dentro de los 14 días posteriores a la recepción. Los gastos de retorno y tasas aduaneras no son reembolsables. No podemos aceptar artículos usados o dañados.

The bracket connecting the frame to my machine seems a bit loose. How should I tighten it properly?
The brackets on the MaggieFrame magnetic embroidery hoop for TSM machines should be hand-tightened until snug. If the frame still feels loose, gently use a screwdriver to secure the screws connecting the bracket to the frame, not the machine itself. Avoid over-tightening, as excessive force may damage threads or affect magnetic alignment.
Compared to my machine's original round hoop, what are the advantages of using this square magnetic frame for logos?
The square MaggieFrame magnetic embroidery frame provides a more balanced sewing field than a round hoop, giving you a better fit for typical logo shapes. I mainly embroider t-shirt logos. Which frame size is the most appropriate for me?
For t-shirt logo applications, the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop in the 3.9″ × 3.9″ (100 × 100 mm) size is ideal for left-chest or small logo placements. It allows precise alignment and reduces fabric stretching. For larger designs such as full fronts, consider a 10″ × 10″ (254 × 254 mm) hoop for more coverage on TSM industrial embroidery machines.
Is it necessary to use protective stickers on the frame to prevent it from scratching the fabric?
It’s not required to apply protective stickers to the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop. Each embroidery frame has a smooth, polished surface safe for most fabrics, from light cotton to thicker materials. However, if you work with extremely delicate or slippery fabrics, you may use low-tack painter’s tape for additional protection and grip without affecting the embroidery result.
