¿Cuánto tarda en llegar mi pedido?
Normalmente preparamos los pedidos en 1–3 días hábiles (lunes a viernes). El tránsito suele tardar 7–20 días hábiles, dependiendo del país, la zona de entrega y la disponibilidad del transportista. En temporadas de alta demanda o destinos remotos, el tiempo puede extenderse ligeramente.
¿Qué método de envío utilizamos?
Trabajamos con transportistas internacionales como FedEx y UPS, además de mensajerías locales de entrega rápida cuando esto acelera la última milla. El sistema asigna la opción más conveniente según el destino, peso/volumen y valor del paquete.

I recieved my 2 maggieframe Hoops which look and feel top quality. I'm static to put them into use. Had a little issue with one of the adaptors but the prompt response and great customer service made it all worth it.

Let me tell you—this MaggieFrame Magnetic Hoop 5.1” is the Beyoncé of embroidery hoops. Elegant, powerful, and doesn’t tolerate nonsense. I used to fight with regular hoops like they owed me money. Not anymore.

Why did my needle hit the edge of the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop during embroidery?
This often occurs when the hoop size selected in your Doublelin embroidery machine’s software is larger than the actual sewing area of the 3.9″ × 3.9″ (100 × 100 mm) frame, or the design itself is too big. Always select a correct or smaller hoop size and perform a trace test before starting embroidery to prevent needle strikes.
Do you offer any accessory to help with garment positioning when using this frame?
Yes. We provide the Hooptalent hooping station fixture specially designed to align perfectly with MaggieFrame magnetic hoops for Doublelin models. It holds garments securely, ensuring precise placement and reducing setup time compared to generic hooping aids not built for this magnetic hoop system.
Can I use this magnetic embroidery frame together with my traditional hoops on the same machine?
Yes, you can interchange your MaggieFrame magnetic hoop with your traditional embroidery machine hoops as long as they share the same hoop length for Doublelin models. Should the stabilizer be placed inside or floated outside when using the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop?
For most embroidery projects, position the stabilizer sandwiched with the fabric inside the 3.9″ × 3.9″ hoop for optimal tension and clean results. However, for items that are hard to hoop, you may float the stabilizer beneath the bottom frame. The magnetic hold of MaggieFrame supports both methods effectively.
