¿Cuánto tarda en llegar mi pedido?
Normalmente preparamos los pedidos en 1–3 días hábiles (lunes a viernes). El tránsito suele tardar 7–20 días hábiles, dependiendo del país, la zona de entrega y la disponibilidad del transportista. En temporadas de alta demanda o destinos remotos, el tiempo puede extenderse ligeramente.
¿Qué método de envío utilizamos?
Trabajamos con transportistas internacionales como FedEx y UPS, además de mensajerías locales de entrega rápida cuando esto acelera la última milla. El sistema asigna la opción más conveniente según el destino, peso/volumen y valor del paquete.

I recieved my 2 maggieframe Hoops which look and feel top quality. I'm static to put them into use. Had a little issue with one of the adaptors but the prompt response and great customer service made it all worth it.

Let me tell you—this MaggieFrame Magnetic Hoop 5.1” is the Beyoncé of embroidery hoops. Elegant, powerful, and doesn’t tolerate nonsense. I used to fight with regular hoops like they owed me money. Not anymore.

Help! My needle hit the edge of the frame (a needle strike). Why did this happen and how can I prevent it?
A needle strike usually occurs when the embroidery design or software hoop size exceeds the 12.6″ × 3.9″ (320 × 100 mm) hoop’s actual embroidery field. In your KKTech embroidery machine, always select the correct or smaller hoop size and run a trace before stitching. This ensures proper clearance, prevents needle collisions, and protects both the machine and the magnetic embroidery hoop.
